My friend pong_god sent me this link to a Quiz by the Mises institute: are you an Austrian Economist? (or are you more of a neo-classical, keynesian or socialist?) Of course, I scored 100 out of 100. In case you don't know, the Mises institute has a blog, and so has Lew Rockwell, its founder.

In related news, on the Mises.org blog, there are two complementary reviews by William Anderson and Gabriel Calzada Alvarez of Hernando de Soto's "The Mystery of Capital" that I read recently; they complement each other nicely in pinpointing both the essential greatness and the fatal shortcoming of the book.
