Ah, le mythe de la volonté populaire! Volonté comme si le peuple était une personne. Or, il n'y aucun mode de scrutin qui permettrait d'extraire du peuple un ensemble décisions qui ait la cohérence d'une volonté individuelle, sauf à déterminer parmi ce peuple un dictateur dont la volonté prévaudrait en toutes circonstances. La personnification du peuple est donc une mystification, qui tient du seul culte religieux.
